They came to my house on a Sunday and did an amazing job in my car. Definitely will use their services again. Caleb and Garren are the best!!

Update: Detail Docs did such an amazing job turning this experience around for me and I'm appreciative of how promptly and efficiently they handled it. During the detail, I saw the work Caleb was putting in and I was impressed when I took the initial look. Thank you all for fixing the issue, conveniently rescheduling and making this a positive experience for me! **~**~** Original: I scheduled an appt with Detail Docs after a referral from Donovan at Detail Destination (who is awesome, btw). Detail Docs were able to get me in during the timeframe I needed, however Caleb failed to follow through. I called earlier today and confirmed the appt with him. He even text messaged me later on, to confirm my address, but never showed up for my appointment. I sent a message to re-confirm ETA and when I got no response, I later called. The phone went straight to voicemail and I have not heard from Caleb since. This was such a disappointment and terrible customer service. I can't say I've ever experienced a no call-no show from a detailer. I should have kept my initial later appt with Donovan. It certainly would have been worth the wait.

These guys are the best! I had a DISGUSTING incident with somebody throwing up in my car and needed an immediate cleaning before going back to work. As soon as I called (which was at midnight), they picked up and we worked out a deal to get it all cleaned up the next day. Steve came out and got straight to work! 30 minutes later he was done! My carpet was spotless. The smell was gone (for the most part...needed some airing out). And it was all sanitized. Amazing job. Great guys. Fantastic business. Im so happy to have done business with them and would 1000% recommend. Great prices! Great service! And FAST! ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent work I LOVED the detailing and how our 25 y/o car is looking after Detai Docs helped us. Highly recommend This car service in Champaign Urbana. Plus, these are really hard-working high school kids who deserve to grow their business. They are really excellent.

After a vacation trip back and forth from Florida my telluride was nasty on the inside. There was sand from the beach everywhere and drinking spilled. The detail docs did an amazing job by getting it looking like new again. Will definitely be sticking with them to get it re done when it needs it again.
